Course Objective
This course aims to familiarize participants with the concepts and framework of risk management, including risk identification, analysis and evaluation, as well as determining necessary actions to reduce and mitigate risks in order to achieve risk criteria. The course also covers how to integrate the risk management process with other organizational processes, along with the principles and guidelines required to manage all risks faced by the organization.
