- Review of standard requirements regarding the nature of the organization (Organization Context)
- Proposed methods for analyzing the internal environment of the organization, including:
• Identification of the internal environment based on organizational resources and capabilities (Resource-Based View – RBV)
• Identification of the internal environment using the VRIO framework
