The EFQM Excellence Model was first developed in 1991 by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and is recognized as one of the most reputable frameworks for assessing and improving organizational performance. Over time, the model has undergone several revisions, and its latest version was released in 2025. In this version, greater emphasis is placed on sustainability, innovation, digitalization, and value creation for stakeholders, enabling organizations to operate more effectively in today’s dynamic and competitive environments.

Course Objective  

The Self-Assessment Course Based on the Organizational Excellence and Excellence Model aim to introduce approaches to self-assessment and deepen the understanding of the logic behind the RADAR framework.
