The Fundamentals, Development, and Documentation of the FSSC 22000:2023 Food Safety System course is designed to familiarize participants with the requirements of the new version of this international standard.

Course Objective  

This training course is designed to familiarize participants with the requirements of the FSSC 22000 standard (version 6, 2023). The primary goal of the course is to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for designing, documenting and implementing a food safety management system. Participants will gain the ability to analyze and manage processes related to food safety within their organization.

      • Supplier approval and assurance, etc.

    Including:
  • Management of purchased services and materials
  • Management of allergenic materials

  1. Practical Workshop:
